A Bird on the hand- The Great Green Mackawby ~VictoriaGugenheim

Traditional Art / Body Art / Cosmetic Application / Face & Body Paint

This was completed for The Ancestor's Trail fundraiser for The World Land Trust and the RSPB. The Trail is a beautiful secular pilgrimage to the dawn of life, located in the gorgeous, ever changing countryside of somerset, which culminates at the dramatic seascape of Kilve beach, where almost every rock is an ammonite fossil. The keynote speaker here was Richard Dawkins, the walk itself being based on his book, "The Ancestor's Tale".

Words can't describe how beautiful the experience was, and I can't wait to do it again.

hey thats a good idea, ive been designing several different body art styles, myhand being a character all on its own, this one is very intriguing, and i couldnt help but notice ots green and i have never seen such a fantastic green creatrue befor i love it
